The SolarWave Advanced Energy Monitor (AEM) is an elegantly simple, powerful tool that monitors and controls solar-thermal and photo-voltaic systems in "real time".  More than just a "data logger", the AEM continuously watches your customer's installations, with immediate results available through an easy to use interface.

Our basic package includes the base unit and 5 direct-contact high performance thermal sensors.

The DCTS install quickly with no plumbing, drilling, or modifications to customer equipment.  They respond almost instantaneously to temperature change with results accurate to within +/-0.5 °c.

We also offer an extensive line of other temperature sensors, including a waterproof "probe" temperature sensor and an attractive wall-mount temperature/humidity sensor for residential and commercial space monitoring. 

Leveraging our 24 hour monitoring capability, the SolarWave "Surf's Up" is a reliable water detector with an internal battery and a very loud alarm. If you're not home to hear it, SolarWave can notify you.

Our new Multi-Rad provides environmental data: solar insolation, outdoor temperature and outdoor humidity, in an attractive, rugged, weatherproof design that's easy to install. 

The AEM can also measure AC and DC current and power (kilowatt hours), fluid flow rate and quantity, extended temperature ranges (-200 to +1200°c), Solar insolation (Watts/square Meter), BTU.  The AEM can detect the position of dampers and other electro-mechanical devices.  A control option is available which will activate up to four circuits.

We have in development an industrial control, a wireless sensor package, and a smart thermostat.

Imagine having internet access to your home/business solar-energy installation!  The SolarWave AEM provides around-the-clock monitoring and displays all the detail on a single web page.

The homeowner, servicer, or installer can view individual sensors (plus combinations) by date range in a variety of formats using SolarWave's advanced graph feature, also on the web. 

The AEM hardware is based on a powerful and very reliable linux-based processing engine. It sports a variety of communications options, including direct connection to Cable, and DSL modems, an existing router.  The AEM is "plug and play".  Just attach the sensors, then connect the AEM to your internet router or switch, and turn it on.  Configuration is provided by SolarWave. 

By connecting to our remote servers via a full-time (low usage) link, constant analysis and immediate fault detection is performed.  Ongoing data collection provides the installer, servicer and homeowner a thorough history of performance that quantifies return on investment.

The AEM can turn any solar service business from an expensive reactive mode to one that's proactive.  It's an insurance policy that can improve any renewable energy system and enhance sales and profits.
